Use this Training Guide and Toolkit (the "Toolkit") to not only prepare
you to be a successful mentor but also as a resource to assist you in
navigating your mentorship relationship.
To gain maximum benefit from the Mentor Training Guide and Toolkit:
• Review the entire Toolkit
• Choose specific sections that you think will be the most useful
• Reference the Toolkit prior to meetings with your mentee or when you
find yourself in difficult situations
